FAQ & Studio Policy

  • What is your appointment cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice. 

    Canceling within a 24 hour time-frame, as well as missing your appointment, will result in a “Missed Appointment Fee” of $25.00.

  • What if I’m running Late?

    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

  • Is there anything that would prevent me from a facial service?

    Please discontinue use of all Vitamin A derivatives, such as: Retin-A, Retin-A micro, Retinoid, Renova, Differin, and Tazorac at least five days before coming into the studio for a facial of any kind.

  • What type of payment does Face 2 Body Skin Studio accept?

    Face 2 body Skin Studio accepts Visa and MasterCard, credit and/or debit. Venmo and CashApp

  • Do we offer discounts?

    Yes, we do! Active, inactive military and first responders receive a 10% discount!

  • Sunnatan Product Return Policy:

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund. You must have a valid receipt documenting that the purchase had been made within the last 14 days.

  • Fiorella Product Return Policy

    Here at Face 2 Body Skin Studio, we want you to feel confident buying from us. That’s why we offer a 14-day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached and in original packaging for refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval prior to refund. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt in the following conditions:


    Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in good condition.

    Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.

     Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.

    Our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or refund can be processed. We exchange for free, and allow only one return for exchange or refund per order. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.


    Typical processing time for refunds is 14  business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit.

  • Groupon Policy

    Thank you for taking advantage of our Groupon savings!


    Please note that these appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday only. A No Call No Show without rescheduling your appointment will result in forfeiting your Groupon session(s).

  • Other notes and things that come up:

    Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first scheduled appointment to ensure an unhurried studio experience

    In consideration of all Face 2 body Skin guests, we ask that you silence your cell phone when you are visiting the studio and please be respectful of others enjoying their treatments

    To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. We promise we will make the hassle to find childcare worthwhile as you relax and enjoy our services!
